Bernie Sanders Releases New Campaign Ad For South Carolina

Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign on Saturday released a new television ad that will play in South Carolina ahead of the first-in-the-South primary.

“There is no president who will fight harder to end institutional racism,” Sanders says in the spot, which opens with a famous quotation from the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. “Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle.”

Then the narrator recites examples of Sanders’ long record on civil rights. “He was there when Dr. King marched on Washington,” the narrator says of Sanders. “Unafraid to challenge the status quo to end racial profiling, take on police misconduct and take down a system that profits from mass imprisonment.”

I give it about 2 days until someone complains this ad wasn’t diverse enough. Where are all the white farmers?

PLEASE Bernie…tell ALL Democrats where Shillary was when you all were marching ! She was a ‘Goldwater Girl’, working for Sen. Barry Goldwater 1964 Presidential campaign. For you youngtas’, he was an avowed segregationist, and promised to turn back the gains of the civil rights movement, and bring back segregation !!

Seems like pandering to black people to me. They’re humans, Americans, and black people. BUT, I do believe that your agenda will benefit the vast majority of Americans — including black people — the most of any candidate. Just try not to see black people as, first, black and then people.

I do believe all of the concepts you have offered to your post.
They’re very convincing and can certainly work. Still, the posts are too short for starters.
May you please lengthen them a little from subsequent time?
    Thank you for the post.
