WATCH: FBI Recommends “No Charges” in Clinton Email Case
In a much anticipated press conference held today, just three days after Hillary Clinton’s interview with the FBI, the director of that organization James Comey is recommending to the Justice Department that no criminal charges be filed.
“Our judgement is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case”
Comey said that Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless in their handling of classified information as he explained that the FBI found that 110 of the emails found contained classified information at the time they were sent.
Comey also said there was no clear evidence that Clinton and her staff willfully intended to violate the law. He went on to explain that it is possible that hostile actors breached her personal server(s) and gained access but he said there was no “direct” evidence that the system was hacked.

Right on cue, @MSNBC reporter calls this “slap on wrist” + says @HillaryClinton campaign can now “move on” and “rally the Dem base” w/ Obama

For the last year plus, we have been watching and listened to Hillary Clinton and her squad of establishment insiders downplay this case. We have listened to her lie about the investigation, sugar-coating it as a security inquiry. We watched last week as Clinton’s husband former President Bill Clinton meet privately with Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
I have read that Comey is a straight shooter. That he would tell the truth and not let politics play a role in the is case but after listening to him read the laundry list of violations they found and then not recommend charges, it seems clear that something was at play here. And it wasn’t the truth.
