Red Hot Chili Peppers have joined the effort to help elect Bernie Sanders to the presidency. The Los Angeles-based alternative rockers will headline an all-ages show at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles on Friday, February 5, as part of a FEEL THE BERN political fundraiser. Ticket sales will go toward Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign.

Tickets to see Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Theatre at Ace Hotel will go on sale Friday, February 5, at 10:00 a.m. via AXS for $30.00 to $2,700.00 each plus service fees. Also, there is a presale right now for those of you who want to get your tickets early. Passwords: BERNIE and RCHP.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1980. The group’s musical style primarily consists of rock with an emphasis on funk, as well as elements from other genres such as punk rock, and psychedelic rock. Live, they incorporate many aspects of jam rock due to the improvised nature of much of their performances. The band consists of founding members Anthony Kiedis (vocals) and Michael “Flea” Balzary (bass), longtime drummer Chad Smith, and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, who joined in late 2009, following the departure of John Frusciante. The Red Hot Chili Peppers have won seven Grammy Awards and sold over 80 million albums worldwide. In 2012 they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

In your post about the RHCP concert you had this “Passwords: BERNIE and RCHP.”
Just wondered if the RCHP was supposed to be RHCP instead.

Is the password RCHP as you state above or is it supposed to be RHCP?

Why can’t I find these tickets anywhere? lol. Not even a mention of them on the AXS website, definitely no presale.

How would one buy presale? Didn’t see a link and ace hotel said they have no info on presale. My family wants to be there!

You put RCHP. That isn’t the acronym for Red Hot Chili Peppers. Maybe that was intentional but I thought someone should point it out. Did you mean RHCP?

You might want to check the password for the pre-event sales. I see you list it as RCHP. Normally the Acronym for the band is RHCP. Looks like you transposed the C and H.

Have your editor check the passwords at the end of paragraph two. I’m just wondering if “RCHP” should actually be “RHCP.” It would be a shame if people couldn’t get the tickets due to an editorial transcription problem.

    Good luck.

    Feel the Bern!
