Sign the Petition to Investigate CNN for Public Deception

Investigate Time Warner’s network, (CNN), for purposeful public deception regarding the Bernie Sanders campaign.

After the Democratic debate aired by CNN on Oct 13, 2015, CNN themselves purposely altered the story, and edited the coverage video afterwards, along with deleting their own public online polls, with what appears to be an intention, to skew the public’s perception of who was the actual ‘winner’ of the debate. Their own poll showed Senator (I) Bernie Sanders clearly ahead of Sec. Hillary Clinton. With over 85% of online pollsters supporting Sen. Sanders, CNN reported, and continues to support the view that Hillary Clinton ‘won’ the debate. This is a clear deception, and lie to the American public, at a time, when we need the truth regarding our political leaders. It is our belief, that Time Warner, Inc, as a large contributor to the Clinton campaign, is attempting to buy the election!

This is corruption in plain view. A billionaire, Ted Turner, has decided he wants Hillary Clinton to be our next President and so he uses his power to alter the reality of what actually happened last night with the debate. Bernie Sanders won, not Hillary Clinton. We are being fed lies and it is so blatant and in-our-face that we MUST respond or forever give over our rights to the billionaires. This CANNOT go unchallenged. Go to Ted Turners Facebook page, if he has one. Go to CNN Facebook page. (Your negative comment will be deleted but keep posting it.) Express our dismay and fury that a fellow citizen, Ted Turner, and his TV station, CNN, would so blatantly lie to us in the name of greed. How MUCH money does one man need?

    Time Warner Inc owns CNN.
Time Warner Inc is Hillary’s 7th biggest financial supporter.
CNN is posting all over that Hillary won the debate.
CNN’s own polls show that 81% of their viewers think Bernie won.
CNN will not even post the results of their own poll.

If this isn’t some Orwellian 1984 behavior, I don’t know what is. We need to show corporations that we’re not taking the manipulation anymore. ‪#‎Bernie2016‬
    **********************************
Sanders has not only won every single poll, he’s done so by a large margin. Even more important is the fact that Sanders won all three focus group polls. This is unprecedented because a focus group is a form of scientific qualitative research that gathers undecided or uncommitted voters for the purpose of evaluating the candidates’ performance in the debates — Sanders won in the eyes of the people.

    1. C-SPAN: Sanders (7.2k) |Clinton (938)
    2. TIME: Sanders 60% | Clinton 12%
    3. CNN: Sanders 81% | Clinton 12%
    4. Drudge: Sanders 61% (126,448 votes) | Clinton 6.74% (13,925 votes)
    5. Dailykos: Sanders 59% (7,970 votes) | Clinton 34% (4,659 votes)
    6. Slate: Sanders 75% | Clinton 18%
    7. Syracuse: Sanders 78.11% (3,190 votes) | Clinton 15.77% (644 votes)
    8. Fox5: Sanders 77.35% (30,248) | Clinton 15.86% (6,204 votes)
    9. MSNBC: Sanders 81% | Clinton 12%
    10. Wishtv8: Sanders 77.65% | Clinton 13.15%
    11. Advocate: Sanders 77% | Clinton 19%
    12. Nationalreview: Sanders 558 votes | Clinton 39 votes
    13. 9news: Sanders 8.9k votes | Clinton 2.2k votes
    14. Wwnc: Sanders 78% | Clinton 15%
    15. Philadelphia.cbslocal: Sanders 81.03% | Clinton 14.56%
    16. Postonpolitics: Sanders 84% | Clinton 10%
    17. AJC: Sanders +225 -20 | Clinton +62 -108
    18. Controversialtimes: Sanders 84.42 | Clinton 10.39
    19. Tcpalm: Sanders 74% | Clinton 18%
    20. WRIC 8NEWS: Sanders 75% | Clinton 6%
    21. WGY: Sanders 68% | Clinton 12%

All three focus groups declared Sanders the victor.

    1. Frank Luntz Focus Group: “The participants agreed overwhelmingly that Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders was the big winner at the first Democratic debate.”
    2. Fusion Focus Group: “Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders was the most popular candidate among a group of young registered Democrats responding to Tuesday’s Democratic presidential debate in Las Vegas. The panel voted 8 to 3 for Sanders against the runner-up Hillary Clinton, with one panelist saying it was a tie between the two.”
    3. CNN Focus Group: “Majority of CNN Focus Group Think Sanders Won First Debate”

We the majority of democratic voters will be voting for Bernie. Never in a million years would we allow Corporate America owned media and a rigged DNC to tell us who will we vote for. The DNC is supposed to support the candidate that the party base wants and the majority of us want Bernie Sanders. If they steal this election through rigged voter machines Hillary the DNC needs to know we are Bernie or Bust. You try to screw with us and we will bust you come the general election. CNN, along with other similarly dedicated TV media have politicized their reporting to reflect their self-vested outcome. The connection between their sizable contributions to Clinton and their deliberate attacks on Bernie Sanders were well exposed. Their skewed analysis (repeated beyond substantial evidence to the contrary) more than adequately defined their intent and destroyed any presumed credibility. Anderson Cooper’s red-bating, in particular, may have caused Joe McCarthy to roll over in his grave (multiple times). It would appear the long arm of money has claimed another news outlet in an effort to distort the facts and history in the making.

after witnessing CNN’s online poll, numerous facebook polls(who cosponsored the event), the other numerous online polls having senator sanders smashing hillary clinton cnn declared she won. it os wrong that a company owned by the company who donated to her campaign as a bit of a conflict of interest here… i mean this is getting out of hand. we expectwd these things from fox news… but not you guys. please get back to journalism. please stop lying to the american public.

Stop spreading lies! It is very obvious who won! Bernie was very passionate and articulate and he had the most relevant things to say out of any of them. He is by far the best candidate for POTUS in 2016.

This MUST stop! Lying to the public and clearly being paid off. Doing all you can to detour people from Bernie Sanders and intimidate and discourage ppl. Enough is enough and we’re not going to take it anymore! God sees all, you cannot take your money with you and eternity is a very long time. You have zero morals and probably committed all 7 of the deadly sins!

I feel that this should be investigated, as it sure appears to a lot of the American people that a bait and switch scheme occurred with the CNN online Facebook survey results of the Democratic Presidential debate. Also, I saw a posting of a recording in which a CNN political pundit kept referring to all of the Facebook CNN poll responders as “kids” in a demeaning way and it seemed like an intentional attempt to discredit Bernie Sanders as a legitimate candidate and down played the results of a CNN online poll which showed that 75-80 % of Facebook users surveyed felt that Bernie Sanders won the debate Someone needs to look into that broadcast and determine if this was legal or if it crossed a line of being libel and a defamation of character of Bernie Sanders supporters who participated in the CNN online survey. I participated in the survey and I voted for Bernie Sanders as the winner of the Democratic Presidential debate and I am 51 years old and college educated. By definition libel and slander are both forms of defamation. Defamation is a common law tort, governed by state law, in which an individual makes a “publication” of a defamatory statement of and concerning the plaintiff that damages the reputation of the plaintiff. The distinction between slander and libel comes in the form of the publication.

Never have I been more disgusted in the corporate media than now. Kill your TV people. Kill it now. Take it outside and smash it with a bowling ball. Watch it explode. If you don’t have a bowling ball, drop it off a multi-story building. If you don’t have a multi-story building, drop it off a cliff. If you don’t have a cliff, Piss on it, poor gas on it, and then throw a lit match at it. If you don’t have a match or some gas, then just piss on it and ram it with your motherfucking car. If you don’t have a motherfucking car, then take it out, hold it over your head, and then slam it on the ground with all of might while yelling “Fuck You Corporate Bastards!”. This how to dispose of your TV set. The Revolution will not be televised. Feel The Bern!!!!

Please switch CNN’s channel the second they start free publicity for Trump and Hillary. Turn the station immediately. They can see this in real time if enough people do this. Please spread the word. It is the only way they’ll get the message.

Look, I love Bernie, he’s my guy. And I love what you’re doing with this idea. But if anyone thinks anyone will ever investigate a news company for misleading the public on a story, then clearly no one has paid attention to the rise of FOX news in the past two decades. These stations have zero obligation to serve the public interest by being fair and balanced, and their holding companies give millions to campaigns every year to curry favor. The Fairness Doctrine died with the rise of the Reagan generation, bringing that back will be the only way to return news to the function of being news and not infotainment.

Not possible that CNN would try to deceive us, right? Wrong. Nothing wrong with a pole that says Bernie won, especially when it was CNN’s own poll. They know there was nothing wrong with their own polling. Who made the call and told the TV gang to take down the polling numbers???
