Bernie Sanders to appear on ‘Saturday Night Live’ with Larry David

According to CNN Bernie Sanders is to appear on ‘Saturday Night Live’ with Larry David this weekend.

“We’ll be live in New York,” Tad Devine, a senior adviser to Sanders, told CNN.

Sanders’ appearance comes just a few days before the New Hampshire primary and the day after a poll was released that shows him just 2 point behind Clinton nationally.

There’s been no official announcement yet from NBC about Sanders’ appearance. The musical guest for the show will be The 1975.

David, the star of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and creator of “Seinfeld,” began impersonating Sanders earlier this season.
