AFT Washington Endorses Bernie Sanders for President

Today’s endorsement follows those from other major labor groups including the Inlandboatmen’s Union (IBU), UFCW Local 21, United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA), National Nurses United (NNU), SEA/SEIU 1984, New Hampshire American Postal Workers (NH APWU), United Electrical, Radio, & Machine Workers of America (UE), and the American Postal Workers Union (APWU). Sanders has the most labor endorsements of any candidate running for President.

When They Pay Attention

You know that we have their attention because they react to the revolution in one of two ways: disregard or demonization. At first, the establishment (meaning the interests in charge of the media, our political system, and our economy) will try to do everything possible to ignore us, pretending that there is no smoke let alone a fire producing the smoke.

On January 8th, I wrote an article about Governor and Presidential Candidate Jay Inslee’s so called “public option” legislation, “Cascade Care”, primarily based on his office’s press release regarding the bill.
