In the lead up to the next wave of Democratic presidential primaries, Bernie 2020 on Sunday released a slate of over 38 state Co-Chairs across all March 10th voting states. 

The endorsements follow Friday’s announcement of the campaign’s Washington Co-Chairs and a slate of endorsements from local elected officials and community members.

Civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. on Sunday endorsed 2020 Democratic presidential primary candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders and urged black voters to reject the “moderate path” in favor of a progressive agenda that aims to actually meet the needs and demands of their communities.

Bernie 2020, announced that State Senator Joe Nguyen (34th Legislative District), has endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders for president. Nguyen, previously supported Sen. Elizabeth Warren for President.

Bernie 2020 today, announced its Washington Co-Chairs and a slate of endorsements from local elected officials and community leaders. The slate of endorsements include Joe Nguyen, State Senator (District 34), who previously and proudly supported Sen. Elizabeth Warren for President.

Trump went on later to expose a major flaw with the Joe Biden campaign, especially in the rust belt, attacking Biden for supporting trade deals like NAFTA. While it’s rare that we agree with Trump, he’s not wrong here. Biden’s love affair with disastrous free-trade agreements is an achilles heel in states like Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio and more.  

While it’s unclear as this point who Warren will back, it stands to reason that Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders would benefit most by her departure from the race.

During the 2016 campaign Sanders won four of the six including Idaho, Michigan, North Dakota and Washington with a near miss in Missouri, with Hillary Clinton winning 49.6% – 49.4%.
